The general purpose for which the Visionary Ventures NFP Corporation is formed is to operate exclusively for such charitable and educational purposes as will qualify it as an exempt organization within the meaning of Section 501 c 3 of the code but not limited to fostering the creation and preservation of low income and mixed income housing, providing training and technical assistance in low income communities to help support job creation and economic growth in underserved areas, leveraging public and private investments for economic and community development, and making of distributions to exempt organizations qualified under that section or corresponding section fo any future federal tax code.

Working with the Chicago American Indian Community Collaborative to work with other Native American organizations to help improve the lives of Native Americans living in the Chicagoland area. We are working on affordable housing, education and services for our community.

Visionary Ventures receive the Com Ed grant for the Fox Valley Apartments in Aurora, IL. It was then loaned into the partnership.
