To: a) solicit, hold, manage, invest, and distribute charitable funds and real property for; and b) perform the functions of, or carry out the purposes of, visionlink, the corporation's incorporator, sole member, and a charitable, tax exempt organization described under section 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(1) of the code.
