Equipping Leaders: We facilitate learning experiences among mission network leaders that foster peer learning and connection. In FY2024, VisionSynergy trained 3,569 leaders and coached 261 network leaders across South Asia, East Asia, the Middle East, and North and West Africa. In South Asia, over 40 new networks were launched through collaborative training efforts focused on unreached people groups. In Egypt, we delivered SCP entirely in Arabic, and supported the launch of additional networks through locally led workshops. We also launched a new Training of Trainers initiative to equip SCP graduates to replicate our training in their own languages and cultural contexts - accelerating the reach and impact of our programs.

Advocating for Collaboration: We advocate for increased collaboration in the Christian mission movement through speaking engagements and publications that inform and inspire. In FY2024, VisionSynergy played a key role at the Fourth Lausanne Congress in Seoul, Korea, helping shape the Congress's focus on collaboration. In the lead-up to the event, we hosted a webinar series that trained over 900 participants in the foundations and practice of collaborative leadership. During the Congress, we co-designed and facilitated afternoon sessions that engaged more than 4,000 leaders in collaborative problem-solving around global mission gaps. We also advanced our publishing efforts by translating Well Connected and core collaboration tools into Chinese, Urdu, and Telugu - equipping more leaders to foster networks in their own languages and contexts.
