Building strong partners to advance health equity: to advance health equity in arizona, partner organizations and coalitions must be strong and resilient. Vitalyst supports strategic partners, so they have the resources necessary to achieve their objectives. When nonprofit partners have the infrastructure in place to ensure programmatic goals, they can focus resources and attention on transforming communities.

Strengthen collaborative networks to improve conditions that impact health: vitalyst supports collaborations among community organizations working to improve both individual and community health, especially in underserved communities. Vitalyst fosters cross sector integration and builds networks by bringing partners together. By engaging with organizations at both the grassroots and grass-tops level, vitalyst strives to center the needs of the community when programs and projects are implemented.

Inform decision makers on issues to prioritize community health and well-being: vitalyst believes informed decision-makers prioritize community health and well-being. Healthy communities are created when decision-makers champion proven solutions that are crafted through local insights. By bringing together local nonprofit advocates focused on health policy and informing decision-makers at all levels of government, vitalyst uses its network to leverage the power of diverse, informed perspectives. This allows vitalyst and its partners to influence and advance decisions that value community health.
