Vocational Opportunities Center Northeast Texas Inc

The purpose of the organization is to provide jobs and training to the persons in the community with developmental disabilities in order to ensure that the maximum potential for independence and productivity is attained. The organization will involve all clients in socialization training to decrease socially unacceptable behaviors. Training will be provided to improve each client's general vocational skills and will be compatible with existing jobs in the community. The organization will also provide sheltered employment for the disabled until they can be referred and placed into employment in the general workforce.
