To elevate the voices of latinas and latinos, create opportunities where latinas and latinos can advocate for themselves, and increase latina and latino representation and participation in decision-making tables.

Leadership: the organization supports the growth and education of latino and latina leaders through culturally and linguistically effective leadership programs. These programs place leaders in opportunities where they can lead in their own communities to create systematic change.
Policy/research: the organization publishes quantitative, nonpartisan research on the demographic trends, policy preferences, and political values of latino adults in colorado and works directly with policymakers to help inform policy conversations at the local, regional, state and federal levels.
Community resources: the organization connects leaders in the community to critical information and essential services. Civic engagement: the organization educates and mobilizes latino voters to increase participation in local elections. This includes non-partisan voter registration drives, issues education, and get out the vote initiatives.
