Mission
Voices of hope reconnects people living with aphasia with their lives through innovative programs. Our programs enhance quality of life, foster communication, provide training and tools to improve relationships with family and friends, and educate the public about aphasia.

Aphasia - now what?: the interactive, two day workshop provides education, support and strategies for the entire family unit. Over the course of four hours, spouses, parents, children and loved ones get a chance to learn about aphasia, feel what it might be like to have aphasia, ask questions about their experiences and challenges with aphasia, and learn about strategies that can be used at home to support family communication.
Max adventures: this program features outings, chosen by our members or staff, that offer new and exciting ways for those with aphasia to get out and explore in a supportive and aphasia-friendly environment. These activities not only provide an opportunity to attend events and enjoy new activities, but also raise awareness of aphasia in our community.
