The organization's primary exempt status is to establish policy, procedures and guidelines that would best provide emergency services for the citizens of clinton county, pennsylvania and the surrounding areas. To develop and implement mutual aid agreements, working relationships and professional liaisons with emergency services organizations in clinton county, pennsylvania and the surrounding areas. To provide assistance to the communications center to ensure all aspects of the public safety answering point guidelines are followed.
