VOYCEconnect educates and provides resources on long-term care options and helps families cope with the costly and complicated process of securing long-term care services and placement. Additionally, VOYCEconnect provides community outreach and education to increase awareness of the Programs services and to reduce the challenges that individuals and families face when making important decisions about the health and well-being of individuals needing long-term care.
