Mission
W20 foundation empowers youth to become community leaders through service, enrichment, and recognition. Its three core progroms include: teamup4community, a digital-service learning platform for student-athletes; a scholarship program rewarding youth for exellence in academics, leadership, and service; and fuel the movement, a storytelling and engagement initiative that promotes civic action across generations.

W20 foundation awards scholarships to student-athletes who demonstrate excellence in academics, leadership, and community service. Scholarships are directly tied to verified service logged through tu4c and are designed to reduce financial barriers to higher education while encouraging long-term civic resposibility. Awards are granted biannually across new york. Dozens of scholarships have been awarded since the program's inception, helping students continue their education while being recognized for meaningful contributions to their communities.
Fuel the movement is a public engangement and storytelling initiative that promotes volunteerism and civic leadership through speaking engagements, digital campaigns, and a forthcoming podcast, the program features youth-led service stories, builds public awareness of community impact, and inspires individuals and organizations to pledge and act in service. Recent activities have included hosting public speaking events, developing original media content, and gathering stories from youth across the country to highlight the impact of community service.
