Provision of housing counseling and homebuyer education classes to low and moderate income people. Counseling services include pre- and post-purchase counseling as well as post purchase and downpayment/closing cost assistance counseling. Other services include budgeting, financial literacy, homebuyer education and loan document packaging classes.

Promotion of community development by providing leadership development efforts by seeking to equip neighborhood leaders to engage in their community in meaningful ways by working with others and existing community assets to address community needs.
