THIS LEGISLATIVE GRANT IN AID IS IDENTICAL TO WHHAS 2023-HHL-002; DHHL grant being drawn down first to advance expenditure costs, which are then reimbursed by GIA; $9,000 & $6,000 deposits are reimbursements from GIA.
All other accomplishments construction of the first phase of the community center was completed in 2014 and includes a commercial kitchen, restrooms, outdoor dinning area, parking lot, and landscaping
