Mission
The mission of wakefield crew boosters is to foster and sustain a crew program for students of wakefield high school so that student-athletes can develop rowing skills and compete in a supportive and positive environment.

Competition - the organization had over 68 rowers who were able to participate in a standard regatta season in the spring of 2025, which culminated in a virginia state championship win for our first varsity women's boat and second place wins for the second varsity men's and women's teams. Additionally, two boats place 5th at nationals (first varsity women and second varsity men).
Outreach and development - the organization offered one spring break learn to row camp and three summer learn to row camps in spring and summer of 2025. Additionally, twelve camps were offered to teach sculling skills to experienced rowers. This program was able to reach a new group of rowers and to teach experienced rowers new skills to be able to use in their rowing careers.
