Walker street - chung pak local development corporation (the "corporation") was incorporated in the state of new york on march 28, 1985 under section 1411 of the not-for-profit corporation law. Walker street - chung pak local development corporation was organized to improve the quality of life of the residents of community boards no. 1, 2, and 3 by developing, operating and maintaining commercial facilities.
