Farm to table dining combines produce grown and harvested on-site with ingredients from other iowa farms and small businesses for meals that bring the farm's abundance direct to the table.

Garden produce was raised for use in the programs offered by wallace centers of iowa. There was a donation garden plot that was maintained and produce from that plot was donated to the food banks.
