Health and Welfare organization serving low-income, senior citizens and others in need of assistance in Warren County.

Elderly Services Program provides care management, senior nutrition with home delivered meals and congregate meals, and transportation for medical appointments and care in Warren and the surrounding counties for seniors aged 60 and over. The overall goal of the Elderly Services Program is to wrap services around our older adults so that they may age and live independently in their own home for as long as possible.

Home Energy Assistance and other utility assistance programs - Provides financial support with energy bills and/or with payment arrangements for low-income households in both the winter and summer months, helping to keep families with children and vulnerable seniors from getting their services disconnected in extreme weather. We also provide outreach to outlying areas of Warren County with a mobile unit that includes office spaces to accept and process energy assistance applications.

Community Assistance - Emergency Services & Nutrition and Cooking Classes; Retired Senior Volunteer Program (an AmeriCorps Seniors program) provides meaningful volunteer opportunities for retired persons aged 55 and over; Title III senior services; Literacy Connections offers adult basic literacy and English as a second language for anyone in Warren County seeking to make gains and improve their English literacy skills; and Senior housing management services - WCCS is the nonprofit sponsor for 11 affordable senior housing sites scattered throughout Warren County.
