An annual visitors guide is distributed and mailed seasonally to state interstate rest stops, aaa offices, area chambers of commerce and various other distribution centers. The organization also distributes guides at trade shows and conferences.

The warren county convention and visitors bureau markets to and assists with three market sectors - leisure, sports, and group tour.the organization worked with the warren county commissioners and port authority to develop the concept plan and funding for a 128 acre sports complex located in warren county, ohio.the sports program is designed to attract national and international sporting events and tournaments that have the potential to attract the majority of participants and spectators from out-of-town. The organization also assists with existing events and events brought to the area which include girls aau basketball, golf, lacrosse, football and archery tournaments to name a few.

The organization also works to attract small meetings and conferences ranging from 75 to 500 attendees and conducts familiarization tours of the county to generate interest and bids.
