To carry on exclusively the educational, charitable, and civic activities, especially to promote and encourage education, charitable and civic activities in the counties of clay, nuckolls, thayer, fillmore, york, hamilton, hall, adams, phelps and webster, to perform all other acts and engage in all other activities necessary, convenient or incidental to the foregoing.
