Mission
In FY 2025, Washington Master Chorale presented three mainstage concerts of high quality choral music, including the premiere of a new work by Florence Price Commission Competition winner, Shavon Lloyd. In celebration of its 15th anniversary, WMC presented a well received and widely praised performance of Sergei Rachmaninoff's monumental All-Night Vigil Op. 37. Alongside these mainstage concerts, the Chorale presented a chamber concert in partnership with the John F. Kennedy Center. In December 2024, WMC was featured on WETA's Songs of the Season choral showcase.
