Mission
To provide premier industry leadership and the highest quality services in the field of worker's compensation and, specifically to provide support to employers through legislation and to provide educational and technical services to members.

Wsia acts as an advocate in the legislature on behalf of those employers in the state of washington who self-insure their workers' compensation risk and benefits programs. Additionally, the association acts as an advocate with the department of labor and industries and is a proponent of fair and swift adjudication by the board of industrial insurance appeals.
Wsia offers comprehensive training and education related to workers' compensation laws and regulations, workplace safety, and accident prevention. These training opportunities are offered through meetings, during conferences, and through webinars offered throughout the year.
