Fiscal sponsorship:we fiscally sponsored seven different charitable projects that included united nations security council speech about international genocides in africa; mental health seminar; cultural food, music, arts, and heritage celebrations; and initiatives that tell the stories of africa its heritage and its future using all forms of cultural expression, and an east african cultural festival.

Evergreen environmental justice youth warriors program:- previously known as the african youth drug program beginning in 2019, wscacl's evergreen environmental justice warriors (eej) grew from 5 youth to 23 youth and young adults from king, snohomish, and pierce counties from 7 african communities. Wscacl uses an intergenerational african village model incorporating african culture by including communication and coordination between the community leaders, young adult coach, youth leaders, youth, and parents in the program. - evergreen environmental justice youth warriors designed and hosted a mental health therapist from the community that taught at total of 56 african descent community members non violent communication and mindfulness strategies in two sessions that resulted in two people seeking the professional therapist services. We conducted pre-post surveys where we exceeded our measurable goals with 88% -100% program satisfaction. - evergreen presented and successfully advocated for action to 89 south king & surrounding area community members with the stacc4j fix the harm air plane project, they planted two trees in an environmental health disparities 10 area; cleaned up the spokane river, participated in educational presentations from spokane ej project organizers spokane naacp, the land council, and the spokane river keepers; participated in ej advocacy with front & centered in olympia, taught heal subgrantee applicants about the no and low cost ej project options that make a big community impact, and learned about the salmon life cycle.

Department of health-covid-19 capacity:we supported a wellness/ resource job fair & mobile dental clinic for the shelter migrant program at riverton park united methodist church-shared simple public health messages about the dangers of sharing prescription medications, created list of shelter residents interested in affordable housing and spoke to 42 households which includes a total of 126 household members and identifed 3 households who were eligible for affordable housing immediately and connecting them to affordable housing property managers, enrolled shelter residents in public transportation, health insurance, and ebt cards; produced ten covid-19 youth vaccine videos; and provided affordable housing/vaccinations/hiv prevention/health insurance expansion resources at multiple health/cultural fairs in snohomish and king counties.

Culture & heritage: one of our core services is to highlight and celebrate the diversity of our african diaspora culture and heritage in every in-person event we host or co-host through our joint committee which is composed of culture & heritage members. We hire african diaspora entertainers, artists, photographers, videographers caterers, event planners, and decorators, tea and coffee ceremonies, and event fashion show contests.

Immigrant rights:one of the core services we uniquely offer agencies/organizations to support better communication and empowerment of african immigrants/refugees includes an outreach and translation services team of community influential leaders. Our trusted community leaders can speak 33 major african languages and represent every region in africa. Unlike other translation services that only translate material for agencies, our community influential leaders & translators also utilize their vast 140,000+ combined social media reach across popular african social media platforms and across the state to share their translated materials in their trusted networks and providing direct outreach for the agency/organization. We also have access to broader african diaspora members through our trusted network of board members and former leadership team members and partners. We continued to support riverton park migrant program by co-hosting a holiday music program for the 2nd year with the fabulous voices of the sound of the northwest and exhilarating drumming of the anzanza ensemble. We led the effort of the largest increase in african immigrants appling for health care insurance during the apple health expansion thanks to the hard work of volunteer community leaders. Other continued programs: civic engagement, joint committee, operational co-governance leadership model, and leadership development.
