The misson of the washington state fair foundation is to financially support the scholarship and educational programs of the washington state fair and to help preserve and improve the washington state fair for future generations.

Traveling farm - the traveling farm is washington's food and farming story: a free, exciting, hands-on exhibit at the washington state fair that connects kids and families to our state's agriculture industry, the farmers that produce the food we eat and the connection to healthy eating choices. In 2024 the foundation contributed $20,666 in pledge payments.

Cattle birthing center - the cattle birthing center is an educational exhibit that is free to the public that provides a venue to learn about livestock births and includes a live animal component where guests can watch livestock be born in a real time format. The center has educational and interactive exhibits that are free to guests and provide them with insight and facts about livestock, ranching, and how the birthing of animals works on these ranches and farms.
