Community employment: evaluation, job devlopment, job training, and employment follow-along services for individuals with disabilities. 346 people were served in evaluation, job development, job training, and short & long term employment follow-along services. 65 individuals were placed in jobs.

Innovations: provides individualized one-on-one community based supports for individuals who would otherwise need institutional support. The program has provided up to 20 hours per week of one-on-one community based support for 15 individuals with disabilities.
