The Corporation is organized exclusively for education and charitable purposes within the meaning of code section 501c3 Without limiting the foregoing the Corporation is dedicated to the organization promotion and sponsorship of amateur youth baseball competition and the instruction of the sport of baseball in an enjoyable safe and fair environment that fosters respect for others self-confidence and teamwork The Corporation shall serve grade school and junior high school residents that live in the City of Wauwatosa and surrounding communities To that end the Corporation shall receive gifts and make donations in furtherance of its purposes
