Way Coffee Co

Community engagement and awareness: partnered with local organizations to host fundraising events, deliver coffee to schools and community members, and highlight disability-inclusive employement. These activities raised awareness and broadened community support.

Program development: laid the groundwork for expanded programming by preparing to open our cafe space. This included building staff capacity, finalizing instructional models, and launching "pour with purpose", an initiative to replicate our employment program in partnership with for- profit coffe shops.
