Wecode careers (16-26: high school, post high school and college-aged students) is an innovative student-led workforce development program providing hundreds of hours of curriculum, mentorship, industry connections and job opportunities to increase youths confidence and belonging that contribute to higher paying careers and tech internships. Our industry-aligned curricula are centered on the needs of black, hispanics and latinx and low-income students with the intention of coding pathways and a diverse pipeline of tech professionals that ensure the people thats powering kansas citys innovation economy reflect the diversity of the population. This earn as you learn program allows students to provide business solutions to small and nonprofit businesses.
