Capacity Building: Strengthen the capacity and confidence of women business owners to think big and grow their companies through access to markets through localized curriculum based on the needs of participants.

Member buyer needs: strengthen a buyer's internal support and understanding of the business case for global sourcing from women-owned businesses including strategy development; best practices; and overall awareness and education on the benefits of buying from women within the organization or the development, and/or tracking of impact through sourcing.

Technical Outreach and Stakeholder Engagement: Raise the awareness of women, local government officials and other key stakeholders of the value of women as business owners and how to support their access to markets. Raise awareness and educate government officials, thought leaders, and other policy makers on the value of women as business owners; develop relationships with key stakeholders to engage in program in English and the local language.

Certification: Our Seal of Certification is a formal guarantee to corporations that they are purchasing goods and/or services from a women-owned business that meets the universal standards for a women's business enterprises. The top criteria considered are ownership,management & control, contribution of capital & expertise, and independence. Businesses that meet this criteria can also self-register with WeConnect International for a fee.

Strategic Research: Collect baseline data on women business owners in the market and/or existing women owned businesses within corporate value chain; identify key stakeholders that could serve as potential suppliers or partners. Collect data on business opportunities for women owned businesses in a specific market, sector, industry, or topic.

Membership: weconnect international provides member buyers with the global databaseand resources required to develop and leverage businesses owned by women. Weconnect international members share similar values, looking to build resiliant communities through the education, empowerment and sourcing from women-owned businesses.
