This is done by increasing self-esteem, identifying personal strengths, interests, values and character; by developing confidence in areas of healthy thinking and positive relationships; by providing discussion forums and therapeutic activities addressing women's issues such as anger, boundaries, stress management, shame, guilt, eating disorders and other relevant topics.
