To inspire, challenge, and empower teen girls to climb high in all areas of life through transformational leadership programs.

Summit sisters - 12 high school girls participated in the 2024 summit sisters program. Summit sisters is a three-month leadership, fitness, and empowerment program for high school girls in collier county. Girls meet twice weekly. The first meeting of the week is focused on leadership training and personal growth. The second weekly meeting is fitness and holstic wellbeing focused. The program began march 18, 2024 and culminated with an 8-day backpacking expedition to the white mountains in new hampshire in june. Leadership activities include, vision and goal setting, communication strategies, conflict resolution discussion, trust building, yoga, meditation, fitness and more.the multi-day expedition focused on teaching girls fundamental outdoor skills such as cooking, camping, and navigation while developing leadership skills as an individual and member of an expeditionary group. Participants were challenged physically and mentally while hiking most days with heavy packs in a changing alpine environment. While navigating through mountain terrain, girls engaged in lessons about 'leave no trace' camping principles and learned how to work as a team to accomplish common expedition goals.

Wellfit challenge series 6 high school girls participated in the wellfit challenge series program called courageous careers and charcutterie where they learned about different careers from a panel of local female speakers. They also participated in a team building activity where they built charcuterie boards while blindfolded led by a fully seeing partner. They learned about healthy food options and how to make quick and easy snacks to eat on a daily basis. 11 middle and high school girls participated in yoga in the park, the first program in the wellfit challenge series. Girls participated in a full yoga class taught by a volunteer yoga instructor. They also connected through discussion of journal prompts after a short body scan meditation.
