Wellmore provides lifetime wellness through essential and innovative treatment and support.

Residential services. Wellmore provides four different residential services. 1. Valiant house- therapeutic group home for boys under the age of 18. 2. Morris house- a substance use recovery house for men over the age of 18. 3. Women and children program (wcp)- which provides residential intermediate and long-term substance abuse and/or mental health treatment for pregnant or parenting women with their child. 4. Therapeutic shelter (tsh),- a residential facility housing adult men who are waiting for access into programs that provide a higher level of care while attending treatment services provided and case management.

Outpatient services. Wellmore provides outpatient services for adults, children, youth and their families in a wide range of outpatient mental health, substance dependency or co-occurring mental health and substance dependency. Service types include individual, family and group therapy using established outcome treatment modalities. Other valuable services include psychiatric assessments and medication management. The oasis program is a program of staywell health center where wellmore is providing the direct care through a subcontract agreement. The program is an outpatient substance abuse program specializing in opioid addiction using suboxone medication management treatment combined with group therapy interventions. The outpatient services are designed to promote positive mental health and improve functioning while decreasing the prevalence of and incidence of mental illness and/or substance dependency.

Crisis and urgent care to children. Wellmore provides mobile crisis services (mcis) and an urgent care center (ucc) to children, adolescents and families in crisis. Professional clinical staff are available 24/7 for intervention, assessment, counseling and referral services to help with suicidal, behavioral and other violent threats and traumatic experiences. Our remaining adult programs consist of a case management program focused on individuals who are homeless or at risk, have a substance abuse and mental health disorder, and are involved with the criminal justice system. The supportive housing program, which assists families in attaining and maintaining housing and additional community support.
