Learning circle programming:we held two in-person learning circles workshops that contributed to the depth, breadth, growth, and sustainability of the influence of well-being strategists | 48 members and non-members joined us for this professional development opportunity.networking opportunities: we offered quarterly opportunities to connect members with a colleague in wellness, grow their network, and share their experiences | 64 members grew their networks.wcwi facilitated live, interactive discussions that connected members to our exclusive resources, trending topics, and inventive idea-sharing | 156 members participated.member experience overviews:live, virtual member overviews outline the wcwi member experience that empowers and equips well-being strategists and people leaders | 107 people joined a member overview.virtual learning:wcwi co-coordinated skill-based development sessions to explore topics related to personal well-being, leadership, and overall professional development | 252 attendees joined us.member-exclusive resources:we launched new resources like the monthly toolkits and the lead workshop facilitated by wcwi members. The lead workshop focused on mental health and suicide prevention training that organizations can facilitate to enhance their well-being strategies and improve the well-being of employees and our communities.community partnerships:the national alliance on mental illness (nami)-wisconsin and the wellness council of wisconsin (wcwi) announce a community partnership advocating for the needs of wisconsin employees and their families by providing resources, support, and education to better our communities and workplaces. It takes a collective effort across leaders and decision-makers in our organizations, and employers in our communities, to act with intention and courage as we work toward creating a positive impact on the mental well-being of individuals and workplaces.

2024 general programs and member experienceat the wellness council of wisconsin (wcwi) we empower employers across the state to prioritize the health and well-being of their employees through innovative, evidence-based wellness programs. As the premier nonprofit organization dedicated solely to this cause in wisconsin, we catalyze positive change, fostering a community of connected employers committed to transforming the workforce and cultivating a culture of wellness where every individual can thrive.wcwi served employer members, leaders, and practitioners with their employee well-being efforts impacting over a million total employees statewide and nationally. Wcwi's 12-month member experience drives organizational impact through our members' professional development and is delivered across wcwi's four membership competencies: we empower and equip people leaders and well-being strategists through tangible tools + resources and professional development. (learning opportunities such as the equip email series and enrichment sessions and resources such as the member toolkit) we advocate for the success of our members by widening the scope of employee well-being in wisconsin and navigating the barriers in the industry. (annual events like wcwi's member celebration and wcwi's annual employee wellbeing conference) we lead the common agenda of improving the well-being of wisconsin's workforce and communities. (interactive workshops designed to support professional growth and continuing education such as learning circles and lead workshops) we unite and build connections for well-being strategists and people leaders through peer networking and idea-sharing. (opportunities such as the quarterly member connections and member resource groups) wisconsin wellness professionals use wcwi's membership to be empowered and equipped to create strategic change; while organizationally they're experiencing the power of a designed culture where employees feel a sense of community, purpose, and impact. 37 new organizations joined wcwi in 2024.
