Wellness For Growth Foundation

Community workshops: customizable onsite workshops covering integral wellness and skills for growth topics, taught at schools, community centers, and/or in partnership with other organizations.

Online talks: series of 1-hour-long online talks, live and on demand, open to the community. The talks are based on our four key aspects of wellness: emotional, physical, occupational, and financial. These sessions are set for each spring semester, running over two months with up to four talks of each of our wellness pillars.
