Mission
The mission of the wenatchee kennel club (wkc) is to further the advancement of all breeds of purebred dogs and provide education for their responsible breeding; conduct events under the rules of the american kennel club and to hold other events as approved by the wkc; and provide education, training, and information regarding the responsible ownership, care, and exhibition of all dogs.
Programs

The organization provides dog training classes for the general public. Classes consist of beginner puppy, beginner dog, basic obedience, rally obedience, show handling, agility, tracking, and scent work in the afternoons and evenings seven days a week. The organization also provides dog training seminars and tests for canine good citizen, tricks, and therapy dog for people's dogs. Instructors volunteer their time to teach these classes.
