Training of mediators and community members in dispute resolution skills, active listening, and conflict management skills. 38 training events, trained 608 mediators, interns, and community members. Training included de-escalation training, basic mediation training, difficult community conversations, curious conversations, and customized workplace training

Housing stability mediation and referral services in chelan and douglas counties for tenants, landlords, and neighbors were offered for free.

Conflict resolution services other than mediation including facilitation, community outreach, and restorative practices.
