The corporation is organized and will be operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, more specifically to promote and maintain an enthusiastic interest in the west aurora band program, to lend support to the general instrumental music program, to cooperated with the school officials in creating a successful instrumental program, and to aid in financing the band program for items and special events other than those financed by the general school budget.
