Mission
The Organization's mission is to provide quality foster care through dynamic partnership with our certified foster families, staff an community so that we instill hope, trust, joy and meaning in the lives of children in our care. The Organizations certifies foster parents to care for boys and girls, 0-17 years of age who come from abusive environments. These children come with special needs, physical or mild mental emotional handicaps.
Programs

Group home- the organization operates one group home within the los angeles county caring for children from age twelve through seventeen with substance abuse histories, behavioral disorders and family related problems. In addition, the organization provides psychological treatment for these children. The primary focus of treatment is on the identification and resolution of the children's underlying emotional problems. The home is staffed by a counselor who has the responsibility to develop treatment plans for each child.
Mental health- the organization has a mental health contract with the county department of behavioral health and all of its residential facilities and mental health clinic are medi-cal certified, and provide epsdt medi-cal funded diagnostic and treatment services to its youth.
Adoption-the organization has started an adoption program as of october 1, 2023
