West Genesee Track And Field Booster Club Inc

We are a public charity with a charity status of 50s(a)(2). The purpose for which the Corporation is formed are: (a) To support the West Genesee High School Track and Field program and enhance educational and athletic opportunities for students by uniting high school students, parents, coaches, faculty and staff to promote strong moral character, academic excellence, good sportsmanship and fundraising; provided, further, that the corporation shall not have the purposes or powers set forth in Subsections (a) through (v) of Section 404 of the New York Not-For-Profit Corporation Law (the "N-PCL").
