Talent development through education exists to build a pipeline that connects latinx college students with area employers.

Accounting initiative, grant administration, and talleres empresariales are all programs held by the chamber intended to help the latinx communities and small businesses with various professional services. The chamber obtained a medc grant during 2024 and passed-through 596,264 grant funds to four west michigan organizations.

Business development exists to revitalize latinx business community through education and bringing tools to latinx businesses.
