West Oakland Environmental Indicators Project

Resilient infrastructure: we're building a thriving, more resilient west oakland through the design and implementation of green infrastructure using collaborative problem-solving, participatory decision-making, and co-design between government agencies, urban planners, and community members.

Renewable energy: woeip supports energy equity through home energy and science education, and decarbonation and alternative energy initiatives.

Advocacy and policy: woeip helps ensure that local, regional, state, and federal policies and regulations reflect the principles of environmental justice by delivering training, consulting, and advisory services to government agencies and their staff, community groups, nonprofit organizations, and other stakeholders working on issues of air quality, energy resilience, climate change, and environmental justice.
