The transportation program provides coordinated passenger transportation to the general public, accessible tranportation for the elderly and individuals with disabilities and transportation to medical facilities for medicaid recipients. There were 2,715 individuals that were served by this program.
The head start program provides the disadvantage pre-school age children with the educational abilities to be mainstreamed in public schools. There were 417 recipients that were served in the current year.
