The west virginia airport managers associtaion, inc. ("wvama") is a west virginia non-stock/non-profit corporation that is organized and will be operated exclusively for the promotion of the interest of its members through advancing the airport and aviation industry in west virginia within the meaning of section 501(c)(6) of the internal revenue code of 1986 (the"code"), or the corresponding section of any future tax code.
