Westchester Collaborative Theater

Wct was created in the fall of 2010 as an actors/playwrights laboratory. Its mission was to provide a workshop where playwrights can bring new work to hear it read by actors and have it critiqued by fellow members, in order to develop it further, with the goal of making it ready for possible production. Its labs and performances are held at the ossining library.wct also serves ossining and surrounding communities. It has outreach programs to area senior citizens. It has developed a teen theatre program in connection with the ossining school system, as well as a guest artist program which brings established theatre artists to its labs to provide feedback on the works being read.
