The association serves as a non-political forum for addressing countywide issues that affect westchester's economy, as well as its quality of life. The goal of the htpp is to train 100 and place 85.the wca was awarded a similar grant from nys. The county also awarded wca the connect westchester grant to produce the converge conference and the wmec grant to train muncipal officials about climate resiliency strategies.
