Harvest homes - in fiscal year 2024, the harvest homes program provided housing for 10 homeless families consisting of 15 adults and 22 children. Without the resources of harvest homes, these families and individuals may have been homeless and in shelter. Of those families that exited the program, 8 families exited to a positive housing destination and 2 families exited to a temporary housing destination.

Community outreach - the community critical needs program assisted 449 (including 207 children) maintain housing through case management and financial assistance to support basic needs. These expenses include prescription medicine, utilities, transportation costs, and rent. These "small" unexpected expenses add up and put can put unstable, single-income homes at risk for homelessness.
