The specific objective and purpose of this corporation is the preservation of the history of the american west and western heritage, through sponsorship of rodeos, youth and equestrian activities.

The funds were used to expand and enhance a covered arena that will be used to host the annual livestock shows for the county fair, equestrian events, as well as a year round training site for rodeo equestrian participants. Funds were also used to build and expand the rodeo and fair offerings including an udpated core plaza, old west town, and geveral improvements to the grounds including signage, roads and drainage.
