Trade adjustment assistance reform act (taa)/trade and global adjustment assistance act (tgaa):programs supported by taa/tgaa funds are to assist individuals who become unemployed or underemployed as a result of international trade. Taa/tgaa programs seek to provide u.s. Workers who are adversely affected by trade with the opportunity to obtain the skills, resources, and support they need to become reemployed. The programs assisted 2 individuals during the fiscal year.
