Western Kansas Gas Consortium Inc

The purpose of western kansas gas consortium shall be to procure supplies of natural gas for delivery and for resale to its members on a cooperaive basis and to operate such natural gas transmission, gathering and distribution facilities as are necessary to deliver such natural gas supplies to its members. In furtherance of the foregoing purpose, the western kansas gas consortium shall engage in any lawful act or activity for which corporations may be organized under the kansas general coproration code.
