MAINTENANCE: PRESERVE TRAIL BY BRUSH AND TREE CLEARING AND IMPROVE WITH SIGNAGE, WELLS, AND ALTERNATE OR IMPROVED ROUTES. ALSO MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE TWO STAGING AREAS. Clean-up and repair of sections of trail damaged during 2022 "mosquito" Fire. Preserve and protect access and use of the trail by negotiating easements from property owners along trail, when necessary

EDUCATION: A Ride Clinic is held to teach skills in riding the trail. There were 32 participants and 18 mentors in the 2024 Educational Ride. PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF KIOSKS,(GLASS INCASED GEOGRAPHICAL AND HISTORICAL MAPS AND INFORMATION AT THE TRAIL); PUBLISH ANNUAL NEWSLETTER (3400 recipents in 2024), AND TRAIL GUIDES; EQUINE RESEARCH (16 horses evaluated for Pre-Hydration Study in 2024); DOCUMENT HISTORY AND CURRENT EVENTS OF THE TRAIL IN BOTH WRITTEN AND VIDEO FORMATS.
