The organization underwent selective timbering to improve the habitat for wildlife.

The organization utilized a membership assessment fee to support the purchase of adjoining land providing the membership with additional land for use. The program service expenses are considered to be the closing costs on the purchase of the property. Loan payments on the property are tracked as normal operating expenses separately.
