Baseball - recreational and competitive leagues, training and camps, travel baseball and advanced training, camps and clinics.provided approximately 1,600 registrants with instruction, training and opportunity to participate in baseball. Waa provides equipment, facilities, coaches and trainers, umpires, uniforms, awards, insurance and administrative support for all baseball programs. Waa continues to improve the recreational baseball program by offering coach instruction, training and discounted fees. Waa owns, manages and runs the waa sports center at 2323 liberty in aurora, il. The facility is utilized for additional speed and agility training, infield training, tryouts for competitive teams and participant usage in the facility. To help facilitate scheduling and help with improvement plans, waa staff works closely with local church, park district and school district administration. Waa continues to operate an indoor training center at 657 wolverine drive, adjacent to the waa sports center, for waa baseball and softball programs. The facility provides a dedicated environment for positive instruction and training at little or no cost for waa participants. In 2025, waa is planning the expansion of the waa sports campus at 2323 liberty street and a new, 13,000 square foot baseball and softball training center is planned to significantly increase the opportunties for our players and families.

Basketball - recreational leagues, training and camps, travel basketball and advanced training and campsprovided approximately 3,000 registrants with instruction, training and opportunity to participate in basketball. Waa's basketball programs continue to grow and be the best in the area. Waa provides equipment, facilities, coaching and trainers, referees, uniforms, awards, insurance and administrative support for all basketball programs. The renovated waa sports center at 2323 liberty is a key facility for basketball training, conditioning and practice. To help facilitate scheduling and help with improvement plans, waa staff works closely with local church, park district and school district administration. Waa continues to offer free coaching clinics and facilitate training and employment opportunities for officials. Waa continues to improve summer programming and leagues and girls' basketball programming to include more opportunities for competitive players.

Softball - recreational leagues, training and camps, travel softball and advanced training, camps and clinics.provided over 1,000 girls with instruction, training and opportunity to participate in softball. Waa provides equipment, facilities, trainers and coaches, umpires, uniforms, awards, insurance and administrative support for all softball programs. Waa owns, operates and utilizes the renovated waa sports center at 2323 liberty street to allow additional speed and agility training, as well as, infield training in the facility. Flag football leagues, combine, indoor league, camps and clinicsprovided more than 450 children with instruction, training and opportunity to participate in flag football. Waa provides equipment, facilities, trainers and coaches, officials, uniforms, playbooks, awards, insurance and administrative support for all flag football programs. Waa was a leader in the community, starting our flag football program long before other organizations as an alternative to tackle football. The program continues to be the best flag football programs in the area. To help facilitate scheduling and help with improvement plans, waa staff works closely with local church, park district and school district administration.

Other program services including camps, clinics, special events, training center activities, sports center activities, fields and facilities, and project development. Waa is planning a 4 million dollar improvement and expansion project at our 2323 liberty facility. Plans include an outdoor, lighted turf field, a 13,000 square foot indoor baseball and softball training center and workout area and a new parking lot to increase safety, accessibility and convenience for our players, parents and families.
